As successful and growing company, Deutsche Eco AG invests in own renewable energy research projects and is always looking for ways to expand its' business. To meet this goal, Deutsche ECO's main focus is on "wind energy", "smart grids" and the development of integrated energy systems.
Wind energy
With the establishment of Enawi GmbH in 2008 and several years of development in this field, Deutsche Eco AG brought together the right conditions to make a successful entry into the wind market and expand its' services outside of the photovoltaic industry. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deutsche ECO, Enawi GmbH concentrates on wind power plants with a capacity between 100 Kilowatt peak and 1,5 Megawatt peak. The company offers all aspects of wind project development - including consulting, location study, development, construction and operation of turn-key power plants for customers.
Energy management and smart grids
Papendorf Software Engineering GmbH, another wholly-owned subsidiary of Deutsche Eco AG, aims to develop an integrated energy management systems, which can not only monitor renewable power plants but can also manage local storage units and the consumption of electricity. Through a combination of intelligent controlling and storage facilities it shall be possible in the future to ensure the complete local production of power from renewable sources even when solar and wind power plants are not producing electricity.
With over 10 years of experience, Papendorf Software Engineering GmbH is one of the most knowledgeable and effective service providers in the photovoltaic business and is an expert in the areas of monitoring, metering and controlling of energy streams.
